We stand behind our products like we stand behind our oversized pulley wheel technology. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery and meet these conditions:

• Unused, in original packaging with all tags
• Include original invoice/packing slip
• Non-returnable items:
  • Opened Bike Wash products
  • Installed CeramicSpeed Balls
  • Limited Edition/custom components
  • Installed Bottom Brackets or Headsets

5.2 Return Process

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after inspection and will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

5.4 Exchanges

We handle exchanges with the precision of our Campagnolo-compatible components. You’re responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs for international exchanges.
