Eligibility Requirements
- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all tags
- Documentation: Include original invoice/packing slip
- Bike Wash products (opened containers)
- CeramicSpeed Balls (installation voids return eligibility)
- Limited Editions and custom components
- Any installed Bottom Brackets or Headsets
Returns Process
- Initiate Request: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return (use template below)
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business hours with an RMA number and instructions
- Ship Items Back: Package securely and include RMA number on all documents
- Inspection: Our mechanics will verify condition (typically within 3 business days of receipt)
- Resolution: Choose replacement, exchange, or refund
Refund Timeline & Methods
Like our oversized pulley wheels optimize power transfer, we optimize refund speed:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after inspection approval
- Original Payment Method: Credit/debit cards (7-10 business days to appear) or PayPal (3-5 business days)
- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
Exchanges
Need a different drivetrain size or bearing specification? We’ll handle exchanges with the precision of our Campagnolo-compatible components:
- Same product exchanges ship immediately upon return verification
- Different products may require price adjustment
- International customers responsible for any additional duties
